Razor, That's actually pretty brief, IMHO Well I just noticed that there was a certain amount of repetition of certain phrases :-) Besides if the Webnode3 are successful with this motion, it looks to me like BW will be footing their legal tab (or some portion of it). I agree it does seem quite compelling (hey when cases involving Elvis and the New Kids on the Block are used as a precedent, I for one stand up and take notice), but then again I am somewhat biased in favour of Janice, Jeff and Bill.
