Possible reason of today's volume movement:
South Florida area (I think it was Miami) reported that two brothers, ages 3 and 4 were shot by playing with a hand gun. One of the boys was wounded and the other was grazed by the bullet. My buddy called me after he heard the report and he told me that the report brought up Clinton's Gun Lock plan and how it could have prevented this incident. Seems like a stretch for me, but who knows? Anybody have anything else?
