Purguy and All, FWIW, the last time I had a stock that did a large secondary, it was MSPG last fall. Stock staggered until the secondary was priced at 70. No news. Then the secondary was announced as complete, news came flying out, and the stock roared up to 125 in a hurry. The same thing happened with ELNK a quarter later, but to a smaller extent. The purchasers will expect a use for the funds RNWK just got from the secondary, especially when the stock price has lagged this much. If they do a secondary here, compared to doing one when the stock was much, much higher, I would suspect something is up. Remember, the announcement with IBM stated there would be something coming in June, if memory serves me correctly. Relax! G
