I happen to be a little more cynical than you because,I was burned in a situation similar to this. Small Canadian company rolling along nicely with great product and reviews ,runs into a little trouble, needs money, gets involved with big Canadian investment banker, pays big commissions, big American company gets involved, little discrepancies start showing up,news starts drying up, management says nothing, stock moves up after run up and management starts dumping, stocks starts backing off, annual meeting comes up, buy out at low price and we get screwed and can't do anything about it because it was a Canadian company and shareholders aren't protected like in the U.S.

There was no reason for them to put that statement in if they were planning to go NASDAQ. They or probably the Canadian investment bankers who put the deal together want no part of NASDAQ. I'm not saying we are going down, but we aren't going NASDAQ.

By the way, I am a very patient person, especially in investing and although I was born at night, it wasn't last night.
