CompUSA Executives Together Sold 165,223
Common Shares (CPU)
(NewsTraders.com)-- Two executive vice presidents at CompUSA Inc. (CPU)
sold 165,223 common shares, according to Form 4 filings released by the
SEC on Tuesday.
In a Form 4, Lawrence Mondry reporting selling 100,000 shares in the range of
$7.38 to $7.75 a share. Mondry provided June 25 and June 26 as the dates of
sale, however, the filing was released by the SEC on June 14. The filing also
states that Mondry retained 450,000 shares directly and 1,065 shares
indirectly after the sales.
Ron J. Gilmore sold 65,223 shares at $6.00 a share on May 10. Gilmore kept
7,147 directly and 574 shares indirectly after the transactions.
Shares of CompUSA, a Dallas, Tex., based retailer of computer hardware,
software, and accessories, closed down $0.25 yesterday at $7.69.
