Keep answering my own questions. Hmmm...earning per share and book value slightly negative not real inspiring but not horrible. If new acquisitions can generate better income this might reverse.

Net loss totalled $167K vs. income of $36K. Results reflect an absence of equity earnings and a $130K charge due to write off of fixed & intangible assets in restaurant operations.
