Aren't you attempting to find the "best" suitor at the "best" price...based, of course, on "available" financial information? Wouldn't THAT be in the best interest of shareholder-value? I agree with CKEN...there's no point in the Company putting out news at this point...thus my "I don't give a rip..." (concerning ongoing operations) comment. That comment had nothing to do with the 5/25-release...I wasn't dismissing it... Where's the audit? That's the sticking-point. It's been promised for months, since it was over-due last year! The audit/auditors was the primary reason listed by the SEC for their actions...Is D&T still engaged to complete the audit? Can you answer that? Months have now passed, and LEAH hasn't even publicly addressed the situation. As a shareholder, how do you feel about that?
