Along those more productive lines of discussion:

1) We really should try to remember that the stock doesn't trade. Thus what would normally be an expected event such as a PR on earnings has no real discernable value. Can't see those grubby traders in wherever "foreign" is caring a lick about BV or earnings. The progress toward filing with the SEC is very important, however. I'd actually prefer a PR that says "We have forwarded [such and such] to the SEC through our counsel as of a certain date." Whether they want to give financial details or not is a too complicated a call for some on this thread to understand.

2) Since I believe the people at the company, I will say that the 1998 year-end audit has been completed for some time, and that it was completed by D & T. I also assume that any potential buyer of Sib Mach mfg has the fruits of this audit and is DD'ing it prior to making an offer.

3) Since a decision has been made to sell Sib Mach mfg this year, the situation for LEAH has changed such that the sale is the most important activity they are engaged in right now. I hope they complete it quickly and can move to the next step in re-establishing themselves in the markets. But we should all begin to recognize that the SM deal is the game for right now-and we won't know the score until after it's over.

Finally, I'm encouraged to see one of you guys put out a post that doesn't accuse the company of lying or ripping everyone off. Maybe we have a little progress here on SI.
