I believe that the Datek 'banner' is a lame way to try and get around their 'no advertising' commitment!!! They could try and claim that this is not advertisement but rather an indication to SI users that Datek is sponsoring this site..... Whatever their excuse, I also believe it is unsolicited commercial viewing and it violates SI's commitment to its users!!! CK.
