Tax issue was mentioned before, probably it is THE reason

I must have missed that post - I can't possible see why tax can have anything to do with this?

Still no news from Investor Relations @ CMGI. In most companies I know of IR is the most efficient department, usually coming back to shareholder queries within an hour. If the IR departments speed is representative for CMGI as a whole I think it's time to sell.
