<the magnitude of HGRM is better reflected in the number of shares traded....>

No doubt the volume has been low. But then again it was low within days of the Russian announcement and low within days of the BusinessWeek article. It seems that only a small group of investors like the risk/reward and those that do are comfortable with the amount they own.

It would also seem that no news is 'leaking' out that would confirm that the first payment either is or isn't being made.

You said that no news is bad news. I assume you mean it is bad because the price keeps drifting down. I see it differently. From my perhaps odd viewpoint no news accompanied with unremarkable volume actually is translating to a better risk/reward ratio. The lack of volume would seem to support the idea that there really is no bad news being withheld, at least that anyone knows about. If that is the case, the stock is less risky now than it has been for months.

Feel free to present another viewpoint. Although frusrated, until proven otherwise I'll continue to wear the rose-colored glasses at these prices. If the price goes up to say 5 or 6 on unremarkable volume and no news I'll become more worried but less frustrated than I am now. Ted
