InMedia Announces Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement for the PhotoChannel Store
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 1999-- InMedia Presentations Inc. (ME:IMD - news; the ''Company''), a developer of digital imaging software products and the PhotoChannel online photography community, of Vancouver, British Columbia, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Sales Agency Agreement with d-store, inc. of Norwalk, Conn.
This agreement governs the sale of digital photography equipment, accessories and supplies at the PhotoChannel Store to be available online at www.photochannel.com. By the terms of this agreement, d-store, inc. is appointed as the exclusive agent to receive orders for, and fulfill the sale of digital photography products from, the PhotoChannel Store.

This agreement enables the PhotoChannel Store to offer on its opening digital cameras from Canon, Kodak, Minolta, Nikon and Olympus as well as PC Cards, Smart Media Cards, Compact Flash Cards and IBM Microdrives for portable picture storage. Both USB and SCSI compatible card readers will also be available online at the PhotoChannel Store. This agreement also enables popular dye sub printers for printing high-quality photos with digital cameras to be included in the products to be initially available at the PhotoChannel Store.
