Neocon, you are getting too less sleep these days it seems. Are you on night-shift, or have you holidays?
Regarding probable Genscher motives, he just couldn't be sacked immediately. And if you think about Versailles, I think 90's Germans should not have thought so, didn't and were simply ill- represented, but also not well-informed. The latter still applies to me.

Anyway I would like to see further comments, e.g. from our westerly neighbours, from other viewpoints inside US and from simply anywhere who can relate. Discussion stays open.
