As the company stated, they had no choice but to accept a floorless convertible debenture as their financing resource.Since that time, the company has had a division bankruptcy,2 reorganizations,one name change,a number of key personnel separations,a near doubling of outstanding shares, the stock price has plummeted and revenues continue to be minimal. The company has also stated a need for additional financing, why do you think the company could now get additional financing on more favorable terms and not be forced to continue drawdown on the $10mm PP?..DD
