I agree, MPTV will be sharing the profits with the JV partner only on the Las Vegas property. Also the Las Vegas property project has doubled in size (addition of high rise), which would take care of the number of shares doubling since Prov did his estimates. Also we all knew there would be some kind of profit sharing with a JV partner to get this going. Remember this project gives Jim the money the kick start the other projects and also to find new projects. Jim was able to close on 3 other projects without cash, imagine now that he'll have money!!! Also I was told the %20 margins are very conservative and can be much higher which could possible remove the effect of the JV partner. It is quite possible that Prov's estimates of the eps can still be valid. Go MPTV!!! Pat
