Questions About AuctionsTelevision

PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--June 18, 1999-- Triangle Broadcasting Company Inc.
(OTCBB:GAAY - news) Executive Vice President Dick Weiner announced today that we are going to attempt to answer the
most frequently asked questions about Palm Springs Television Studios Productions' new show AuctionsTelevision.

1. How can I watch and/or participate in AuctionsTelevision?

AuctionsTelevision will be made available to local TV stations
and cable companies throughout the United States and Canada. The
three hour weekly broadcast will be divided by category and seen
each Saturday morning beginning at 10:00 AM (EST).

Internet users can access and participate in the auctions on our
new Web site AuctionsTelevision.com, now under construction.
Effective August 2, 1999 items to be auctioned will be previewed
on that site.

2. How can I register for the auctions?

Qualified buyers over the age of 18 who wish to register for the
auctions will be able to do so on our internet site
AuctionsTelevision.com and an 800 number will be set up for those
who prefer to register by telephone.

3. How will I know what is available for auction each week?

Each week there will be a preview of the items to be auctioned
the following week on the AuctionsTelevision broadcast. As
previously mentioned, there will be a preview of auction items on
our Internet site, AuctionsTelevision.com and each item will be
assigned an auction date and approximate time in the broadcast
when it will be auctioned.

4. What if I bid on and buy an item in the auction and decide
later that I do not want it?

There will be backup offers taken on all items and if you decide
not to take an item you have purchased it will go to the backup
bidder. However, once an item is actually delivered, it cannot
be returned.

5. Are shipping, handling and applicable sales taxes included in
the bidding price?

No, all shipping, handling and applicable taxes are above the
final winning bid price.

6. Who do I contact with an item that I want to suggest for
auction?

David Castro will review all items suggested for auction. He can
be reached by e-mail at AuctionsTelevision.com.

7. Is it true that AuctionsTelevision will also conduct
closed-circuit auctions for specialty items?

Yes, closed-circuit auctions will be announced on the Internet
and bidding can be done online as well as by telephone. These
auctions will be for individuals and companies interested in
bankruptcy sales and heavy equipment and machinery.

8. Is the program still on schedule?

Yes, the preview of auction items will begin on the Internet at
AuctionsTelevision.com on August 2, 1999 and the first broadcast
will be on October 2, 1999.
