Hey,
Before I'd take legal advice from you, learn how to spell "subpoena" just a little bit better. It might give you a tad of credibility. Not likely, but it might.
"Once you get supeneued or however you spell it, you have to appear in court...
Now if the turkeys on this thread can just refrain from personal attacks on me for another 2 weeks, I'm history. But if you'd like to see me continue to provide coverage of VNE, take your best shot.
And if you can find one incorrect item that I've ever posted about VNE, please bring it to the thread's attention.
In fact, almost all of my information has come from VNE's own filings on SEDAR. The rest is from newspapers or Internet news sources.
If that is viewed as putting this company in a bad light, perhaps it's not quite the sterling investment that you'd like it to be.
Yes, I believe it's more probable that VNE will see $0.50 or less than $2.00 or more. But that's only because I do my due diligence.
And the only reason I keep asking Mr Lucatch how many employees his company has is because the filings on SEDAR imply that the company has directors, Mr Lucatch and contract employees as required. ... not exactly an indication of a permanent structure or an ongoing business.
And I really can't understand why it would take 2 months or more for Mr Lucatch to get permission from his lawyer to tell the readers how many permanent full time employees VNE employs. Just the fact that he would use that as an excuse not to answer turns me away from VNE as an investment.
And no I have never worked for VNE; I do not work for VNE; I shall never work for VNE. Nor have I ever wanted to do so; I do not want to do so now nor will I ever want to do so.
I have never met Mr Lucatch, and have nothing against him.
My continued coverage of VNE is a direct result of those posters on this thread who have libeled me, threatened me, or otherwise resorted to personal attacks rather than simply discussing VNE's prospects.
It's your choice. You can keep me here for the month of July at least. ... or you can stick to talking about VNE; and I'll disappear shortly.
