NY Stew, you posted the news on Yahoo that GI and SFA are unveiling their new set-top-boxes.

What is going on there? Can they unveil new products while still fighting a lawsuit with GMST? Does the new boxes infringe GMST's patents, or they found some way to by-pass these patents? This might explain the weakness of GMST recently.
