All excellent posts. RNWK is instructed to be quiet by GS before secondary (treat it like a new issue). Others (Liquid, MP3) are in the limelight because their respective MM's are trying to generate hype pre-IPO, so they can raise a lot of cash for them...vis-a-vis more money to the underwiters. GS is not stupid, if they can get their clients in this stock at (what, 50% from high?), the upside is in their favor. If this secondary would have happened when RNWK is fully valued...everybody loses. Like what was said, companies that raise money, are the ones that show great stock performance.
