I disagree. WRS managed to build the new facility within budget and is actually saving money over leasing space. Also, it provides room for future growth without worrying about rent increases. It's a long term investment in the company's future growth. Plus, it's a real estate investment in a very good location at a reasonable price.

Maybe creativity can't be bought with a pretty building, but a ragtag headquarters won't necessarily produce better products either. Remember that WRS is an international company and people from other countries (also most from the US too) put a lot of credibility in a company's presentation. Not everyone wants to work in SOMA and WRS is 15 years beyond the garage stage.
