As I mentioned in my earlier posts, I know of 3 people in my town with a negative experience with ATHM, and just 1 person I know is happy with it.> Yes, overall performance is very good. Service was down a couple of times, but customer service was very accommodating. Even if the service is down for 10-15 minutes, they credit your bill for the day. However, as I and others have stated, the @home webpage interface is a design nightmare, and I don't use it at all. Perhaps, their acquisition of Excite will get some talent to redesign it, and get them their own customer's eyeballs.
