Ian- What is your take on the Intel News regarding the

pentium III and the problems they are experiencing moving to .18 micron?

To a non-technical person, it seems to imply that the actual .18 micron process may be the problem. (Read Cymer)

Do you think its the light source, or a different step in the food chain?

If its NOT Cymers problem, our 'crack' PR Dept should make a statement
