Could be. I've been watching it for a few weeks now. (Which is why I was surprised when I got spam about it, as SINC was already on my watch list!) Right now I'm hovering onPCBM, which may pop, and NCTI, which may sink or take off. (Recent insider filing to register shares, pending $40M external financing, etc...) All FWIW. Good luck!! $^)
