After going back and reading post #255 again, I think that was one of the best
business decisions Mr. Knickerbocker could have made. Imagine the tons of paper
work and submittals through the proper channels that must be made on the part of
PEC. I once had to fill out forms to remove an underground fuel tank. Asbestos
removal is equally a pain in the Wazzoo. That's why a consultant like Mr. Larry
Dewey is valuable because of his "been there, done that" kind of experience, and
most importantly, he knows people (political people).

Shall we conclude that PEC will most probably be granted all approvals, licenses,
permits, etc., in a timely, expedient, and efficient manner? Perhaps even moved
to the top of the pile?
