BULLHIDE'S OEM TO GENERATE REVENUES OF $1,500,000
Deerfield Beach, FL - June 16, 1999 - The Bullhide Liner Corporation (BULH - OTC
Bulletin Board) announced today that, further to its March 31, 1999 announcement, its
Littleton, Colorado original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Mountain States Home
Improvement, plans to expand its operations into the Dallas and Houston areas within the
next six months, and into the Southeastern U.S. within the next twelve (12) months.
In addition to providing roofing, siding, windows, gutters and doors to the multi-family
housing industry, this manufacturer now produces Tread-ExTM, a prefabricated staircase
cover, designed as a low cost, permanent solution to concrete and wood stairs that are
worn and in disrepair. Tread-ExTM, which consists of a steel base formed to match
existing stairs and landings and covered with Bullhide 2000, is applied to existing stairs in
multi-family housing condominium and apartment complexes.
Mountain States Home Improvement recently completed a contract to cover approximately
1,000 stairs, treads, risers and landings at a condominium complex in Denver, Colorado,
which generated $36,000 in revenues. With approximately 50 signed contracts in hand,
each averaging 500 - 600 steps and $22,000 in revenues, Mountain States Home
Improvements anticipates purchasing at least $4,200 worth of Bullhide products per day.
Over the next twelve (12) months, this should result in revenues of approximately
$1,500,000 to Bullhide.
