MTHONER, it may also very well be that the buyer (potential, prospective) isn't interested in having the financial info published.
Anyway, this stock has had a run-in with the SEC, been suspended, therefore lawyers dictate what's put out and when. I hope I won't be asked to explain how lawyers work and think.
As a shareholder in this company I feel fine, I wasn't going to retire until 2001 anyway.
