"so why get so worked up about it all?" Because these F'rs get rich manipulating stocks and where is the SEC? They want to work, go after the brokerages that obviously manipulate. Isn't CNBC great, we just report it. Over and over and over again. While Maria blows AOL out of proportion every morning.
