I'm trying to confirm the outstanding shares and float. It appears that there are 8 million outstanding and 1.9 million in the float.

A lot of 144's have been filed earlier this year which is not a good sign. It appears to me that they had a shortage of working capital. They appear to be now turning things around and there is even a buy-out rumor.

Do your own DD on this one. Highly speculative.
