That is exactly my concern Dave. The Datek 'ad' is not very bothersome and good be easily blended in the background. What concerns me more is if we allow this to go through, then SI can test our boundaries by allowing bigger and brighter 'advertisements'..... I am not a happy SI member on this issue. Yes, the pages are much faster than any other message board AND yes, we have so many more options than other boards BUT we made a contract with SI. Users would follow the rules set out by SI (most of us do) and they in return would give us some 'rights' such as posting and 'advertise-free' member pages!!!!! What happened to that option ?? SI, don't go overboard on this matter!!!! CK.
