Re: what right did the technician have to... Lets assume you were babysitting at a neighbors house and you stumbled across a home video in a closet with the word murder on it. You get curious so you watch it and it shows the couple murder someone. Would you have the obligation to report it to the authorities? Of course you would and I see reporting child pornography the same way. The technician did the right thing.
