I also agree with you Chris . PSIX would have toppled awhile back after the AT&T announcement as well as Dan Dorfman spilling his guts about some backwater short newsletter in Atlanta saying the stock was valued around $4.00 .These two issues did bring the stock down to a 52 week low 6 3/4 but did'nt last long as the stock rebounded on its own back to 11 1/2 pryor to the UUNET merger.I agree that psix 10k are nothing to brag about . This will not be the determining factor in psix net worth for a larger communications company play. There will be a buyout the only question is when, if not soon the stock will drift lower,however, when the deal is announced the stock will move far more quickly than when the uunet buy out was announced. Is it worth taking a chance on the stock being halted and opening 10 dollars higher? .... not me .. Johnny Cooley
