What does everyone think of these numbers...

Let's assume TWE ~ SCH ...
SCH - 408 M shares outstanding
35 B market cap
$87 price/share

Therefore using the same market cap but with 360 M shares
outstanding would that make implied value of TWE:

35B / 360 Million = $97 /share

Any comments welcome ?
