Any lawmaker who seriously thinks that posting the ten commandments in schools is going to have any impact on juvenile behaviour is not only ignorant of the Constitution but subject to a degree of delusion that in any sane society would be a qualification for the loony bin. School kids recite the pledge of allegiance daily; many of them cannot write out or explain what they are saying. Why should the commandments be any different? I can imagine teenaged couples explaining their behaviour in the back seat by citing the "love thy neighbour as thyself" rule.
