Dear JDN--I'm glad this didn't drag on, quite frankly, I was surprised to see such a quick settlement---I hope this takes the black cloud off CMND's stock price, for the current shareholders. Now we can move on to better times. I plan to spend the 4th fishing and drinking beer. Jan
