Kimberly, I spoke with Joel Beagleman of IVOC yesterday and he told me that there should be a new PR out shortly, which I took to mean less than 2 weeks. He reiterated strongly that there are NO plans for a reverse split and could not believe all of the rumors being spread about his company on the stock boards. He believes that the price of his stock is way undervalued and feels that the price will start rising once these false rumors are stopped and once the next PR becomes available. He did not get specific with me on content of the PR. IOMH
