In my complaint registered with SI Bob regarding the suspension of "MINEFINDER", I learned that there are other tests beyond the Silicon Investor Terms of Use
2. MEMBER CONDUCT 2.1) *Posting improper or off-topic
messages or posting more than 20 messages in six hours.

SI Bob addresses this concern in the following email sent to me. Please note the term "excessively frivolously."

Thank you for the unemotional and well-documented
complaint. I've taken appropriate action regarding it.

Also, just so there's no confusion on what's often a confusing
issue that leads people to suspect our motives: We don't automatically suspend people for posting more than 20 messages
in 6 hours. The intent is not to limit participation. Someone
can post 100 messages in 6 hours and be fine.

The test is whether there is an intent to harass a person or
thread through sheer posting volume, or the site is being used excessively frivolously.

Again, thanks for bringing this to our attention and documenting
it so well.
