<As you know, I only post facts and my opinions, not hype or junk. Anyway, I spoke with a very reliable source that said the Kenya product will be part of the INTU auction site. Only time will tell.>

No worries, your straight up for me. I just thought the wording of the PR could have led you to think it's a Kenya specific product mentioned. I didn't see it.

Now, your belief that it will eventually use Kenya is another story, and again I think you have plenty of reason to think it will.

So, if you get my point, I believe in you and just thought the wording of the PR might have led you into thinking this was a pre-announcement.

I sure hope we don't have the same repeating story of an early rush to get shares. MM takes all the buyers in at the high of the day and then it slowly trades back to where it started. It's getting to be a very boring pattern and one I should have been smart enough to not fall into again.

I didn't see, but my broker said there was mention of the Excite deal by the Wall Street Journal.

Regards,

Mark

PS You mention Markman making news announcements at the Annual Meeting. Won't happen. Don't think it's a legal way to give information. Maybe he'll suggest something in the Q&A. Maybe he'll make deals that are thought to be known more clear. But, if history repeats itself, the Annual Meeting won't make any impact on news or share price IMHO.

Are you going? Maybe ask him why AOL axed the Netscape deal?
