We Believe this fraud is MORE than enough to cause the SBTK Auditor - KPMG - to rescind their Opinion Letter on their audit of the 1998 SBTK Annual report.

The above is but one example of your strongly stating that SBTK auditors will "yank" their opinion and that SBTK will be halted. Now you are quickly changing your tune, talking about "if" it is halted. I agree, "if" SBTK is halted, it is bad for the stock, duh! However, I see no reason for a halt, on unproven allegations from a law firm that recently paid $50 million to settle defamation charges, of which a civil jury found them guilty.

So answer the question: WHEN can we expect your promised yank and halt? Today? Next week? If the alleged "fraud" was as clear-cut as you claim, I would have expected the auditors to have resigned by now. How come they haven't, Pluvia?

Anyone who relies on Milberg Weiss for investment advice should not be in stocks, I suggest they stick to mutual funds.
