Almost nothing worth reading gets published in the first draft, except the Gettysburg Address. You got writers, you got technical people, you got lawyers, you got the exchange, you got directors, and you got the wonderful English language. The 200 ton release took at least three days of going back and forth. This could take longer, and I have no idea when they started. The last 10 % of the document takes 90% of the time.
