Yep. It works many times. The stochs have to be low and the chart in a base though. I have been watching MINI for a break out move and the IBD article did the trick. It is best to have many IBD type stocks already researched ahead of time and on your watch list and then when IBD puts out an article you can jump on it immediately. I am looking for more than a point or two out of mini. Every time I go to my bank I am remined of MINI because one of their containers is in the back parking lot. I went to San Diego last week for a little beach time. Right by each life guard station were MINI containers. The things are all over the place.
