Well that is all true and I read the filings over the weekend and did not like what I read ... However it it has been liquidated and Bass is taking up a solid interest then this could be the shell play of this year. Heck bought on worse rumors. Notice it is not selling much at all and it is a triple out from a few months ago. The trading is solid for a 50M float. 1M ticks it up a penny. :-) GB
