This one is my baby project. There are 2.8 million issued and outstanding, I file the trading reports for the control that holds approximately 94%. The project being put into this in India has now been accepted by the VSE. They had, at first, informed us that the geological opinion from a reputable firm in India was not acceptable because the professional designation gained by an education in India was not recognized in Canada. I guess once they realized that India has the highest and most advanced education system (100X better than the Canadian education system), they wiped the egg off their faces and have given us the go ahead. Price range? $100 million value placed on the property; asset alone. After the private placement, 3.5 million outstanding. A $5.00 immediate range is not unreasonable.
