Here is another aspect to consider. Sometime next week an IPO is coming for a company called "Greenmountain.com". This company is a partnership of Green Mountain Power of Vermont and a syndicate led by the Wyly family of Texas. Their niche is as an independent power producer specialising in "green" power, made mostly from renewable source; i.e. hydro, solar, wind, geothermal. Their two current markets into which they are now selling power are Pennsylvania and.... California. With Keystone providing the "back-office" and "retail" operation, to whom do you think Greenmountain will look for partnering opportunities now that they will have capital with which to work. The IPO is scheduled to be 25,000,000 shares price between $11-$13. This will net nearly a quarter billion $'s to Greenmountain. This sort of war chest makes Keystone a buyout target.
