CMYN needs to clean itself up into a marketable "shell" that would be attractive to some company wanting to go public without the usual IPO route. This means cleaning up the capital structure to a manageable number of common shares, the authority for a preferred issue for flexibility, and divesting the mineral assets at a fair price to an interested buyer. Then put out the "For Sale" sign.
