Dear Monsieur Baker: No not nasty just the way it is I'm afraid. I also have a gripe about grade inflation. Doesn't anyone get less than 80% for anything these days? I fail to understand what is wrong with providing our young folk with the skills that they need to enable them to pursue their dreams and aspirations once they leave school. That is the least that an education can provide for them. BTW it's not EH!!!! - I'm Australian - though I live in Canada and enjoy life here. To my mind the liberal bias in many state schools - in most countries - just serves to ill-equip students. They deserve better. David :)
