As stated from post #15646, SI Bob puts to a test of what he may consider
questionable posting.... This measure by itself may be used to determine a violation of
Terms of Use. Re: "Excessively Frivolously"

"The test is whether there is an intent to harass a person or thread through
sheer posting volume, or the site is being used "excessively frivolously."

Excessively (according to Soule's dictionary): being to much, immoderate,
actions that go beyond a reasonable limit, greater than is necessary in amount of
times……

Frivolous (according to Webster's Dictionary) something which is of little value,
trivial , silly, light-minded, or flighty (given to sudden whims, slightly demented or silly).

Frivolous (according to Soule's dictionary): Something which is trifling (shallow,
and /or of little importance), trivial, worthless, empty of content, giddy, silly,
flighty, flippant, (disrespectful, saucy) , idle, childish, trashy or foolish.
