I don't think that NOVL will be all that affected by the market,
barring a complete collapse.

My comment on the money supply was simply, why would they be about
to raise interest rates when they have been letting the money supply
grow at the fastest rate in the last couple of years? Seems like
it would be working towards opposite purposes.

Of course, all that it proves is that they won't raise rates. (or they
will, possibly!) Or..........
