COOL,and FOSL COOL, Yes..I was a little cautious of calling it an 'official' earnings play so I put on the watch list yesterday and mentioned earnings. If it moved and showed anticipation, then that was fine, but I didn't want anyone getting into this on any great predictions or too lofty expectations. GEEK was similar last month, it was up on anticipation and made a pretty good trade also. Fossil Busts Out To Record High by Blair G. Jeffery Sr. Investments Analyst Fossil {FOSL}, an apparel retailer, broke out to a new record high with a strong gap at the open this morning. The stock, which will be added to the S&P Smallcap 600 index after the close of trading today, surged 1-1/4 points on 150,000 shares traded, a 110+% increase over Fossil's average 30-day volume.
