Hi Dennis, I'm not a pro when it comes to TV tuner cards, but I've had one before, so I'll help as much as possible. ATI offers a PCI (or ISA) Tv-tuner card that you could plug you cable into which would allow you to watch television on your PC monitor. This would also come with PC/TV connection that would allow the extra feed to/from your TV, VCR, Camcorder, etc. I believe Matrox makes one as well, but the Matrox one is best used with a Matrox video card.
