FWIW - Jimm Carr called, annual meeting scheduled for approx August; joint venture with boomers.com, some aspect with estate planning programs; roll out date expected for late June early July; CEO just returned from NYC; persons handling financials in past are handling them now. post not intended to lure undecided nor unwitting investors; I am holding my shares FWIW.
